I think its the positive outcomes, and amazing contestants we have come through, that genuinely want to change their lives and have a career involving food. Its reality but not as you know it.
The importance of the gastronomic has raised during the time. Why? What do you think abount it?
Its an important part of our lives. We eat (at least) three meals a day. Food and eating is the central point for many cultures, weddings, christenings, funerals, barmitzvahs, name days etc./
Which objectives Masterchef Australia wants to achieve?
To find the best homecooks in Australian and help them to find a career in the food industry. And to inspire the home audience to love and respect food.
What are the ideals of gastronomic culture Masterchef Australia wishes to promote?
I can’t talk on behalf of the Masterchef Producers per say, but I wish to promote, provenance, respect for the producers, coking froms scratch wherever time and budget allows.

Food, Love, Hardwork
Which dish would you never do without?
The list is way too long. I love a good roast chicken, and crispy potatoes, and BUTTER, is that a dish?
What would you cook for George and Matt?
That’s a tough one. They would love anyone cooking for them, but because I respect them both so much I think I would over think it, and then take them to the latest restaurant that I knew they wanted to try!!
